Shipping & Orders
Who can order from Zubi Supply?
Zubi Supply is a professional tattoo supplier. Our products are intended for licensed tattoo artists and apprentices working under licensed studios.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders the same business day. Our cutoff is 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or U.S. Federal Holidays.
I paid for expedited shipping — why didn’t it arrive on time?
Carrier delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, even for expedited services. Once your order leaves our hands, transit times are controlled by the carrier.
I need my order by a specific date — what should I do?
Email us at hello@zubisupply.com before or immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
I placed the wrong order — can I change it?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually make changes.
What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?
Please check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for import duties and fees.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase
ALL PIGMENTS, INKS, NEEDLES, AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES ARE FINAL SALE due to hygiene and safety regulations.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Do you include free stickers with orders?
Yes — whenever possible, we like to include stickers and small extras with orders.
While stickers are not guaranteed with every order and may vary based on availability, we always appreciate the support and love sharing them when we can.
Can I request specific stickers or extras?
You’re welcome to leave a note at checkout or email us, and we’ll do our best — but availability may vary.
Do you work directly with artists?
Yes. Zubi Supply is built around community and collaboration, by tattooers for tattooers.
