SHIPPING & ORDERS

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders the same business day. Our cutoff is 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or U.S. Federal Holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above $99 within the contiguous 48 states. Please note bulkier items sold in cases do not qualify for free shipping. 

Shipping rates

We offer a flat $12 fee for standard shipments within the contiguous 48 states and a flat $23 fee for Alaska, PR and Hawaii. These will ship either USPS priority, Ground advantage or UPS ground. Please note that transit times to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii will be longer than standard estimates.

We also offer an expedited option at a flat $22 fee via UPS 3-Day Select, available for the contiguous 48 states. For expedited shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii, please contact us at hello@zubisupply.com and we'll work out the best option for you.

I paid for expedited shipping — why didn’t it arrive on time?

Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, even for expedited services. Once your order leaves our facility, transit is controlled by the carrier and outside of our control. We are not liable for carrier delays, including those affecting expedited shipments.

I need my order by a specific date — what should I do?

Email us at hello@zubisupply.com before or immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

I placed the wrong order — can I change it?

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually make changes.

What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?

Please check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for import duties and fees.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

ALL PIGMENTS, INKS, NEEDLES, AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES ARE FINAL SALE due to hygiene and safety regulations.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, contact us at hello@zubisupply.com.

If approved:

  • We’ll provide return instructions

  • Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee

  • Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • An item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or parcel lockers.
